The Warren County Housing Authority will conduct a public hearing to review the proposed FY2026 PHA Annual Plan in reference to the Housing Choice Voucher program.
The public hearing will be held Monday, October 6, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., by web conference only at https://bit.ly/warrencountyhousing.

We are sorry, but the waiting list for the Warren County Housing Choice Voucher Program is currently closed due to an overabundance of applicants currently waiting for assistance. When the waiting list re-opens, notice will be posted to give applicants ample time to apply.

Housing Rehabilitation Program
The Warren County Housing Rehabilitation Program is available to assist resident homeowners whose homes are in need of repairs to correct conditions which are hazardous to health and safety.
We are currently accepting applications to our waiting list for housing rehabilitation program.
Eligible repairs include:
- Roofing
- Heating; Cooling (if medically necessary)
- Plumbing, Well & Septic
- Electric
- Weatherization
- Structural Damage
- Access into/throughout home
- Code Violations that threaten health/safety
